8 slices of any Nature's Own Bread, toasted
8 ounces fresh mozzarella cheese, cut into 8 slices
2 ripe medium tomatoes, cut into 1/4-inch slices
1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
1/4 teaspoon salt or to taste
pepper, to taste
large fresh basil leaves, torn into small pieces
Place 2 cheese slices on each of 4 bread slices; top evenly with tomatoes.
