Peaches 'n' Brie Toasted Sandwich

Ingredients: 

  • 2 slices Nature’s Own Honey Oat Bread

  • 2 teaspoons softened butter

  • 1/2 cup loosely packed baby arugula

  • 1/2 peach, peeled, pitted and thinly sliced

  • 2 ounces sliced Brie cheese

Directions: 

  • Butter one side of each slice of bread.

  • Layer arugula, peach slices and brie on unbuttered side of one slice of bread; top with remaining bread, butter side up.

  • Heat skillet over medium-low heat.

  • Cook sandwich 2 to 3 minutes, turning halfway through, until toast is golden brown and cheese is melted.
